En donativos, subvenciones y becas en el 2025
La fundación se unió a Liberty para apoyar a 93 organizaciones sin fines de lucro.
San Juan, Puerto Rico, – Liberty Foundation y Liberty ayudaron a impulsar cambios positivos en Puerto Rico y las Islas Vírgenes Estadounidenses (USVI por sus siglas en inglés) en el 2025 otorgando $608,690 en donativos, subvenciones y becas a 93 organizaciones sin fines de lucro en el 2025 en ambos territorios caribeños. Esos números, además de testimoniales de los beneficiarios, fueron presentados en el Informe de Impacto Comunitario 2025 de la Fundación, el cual fue publicado hoy.
“En Liberty Foundation, colaboramos con organizaciones sin fines de lucro para que los niños, los jóvenes y los adultos puedan seguir recibiendo los servicios esenciales que necesitan a lo largo del año para alcanzar su desarrollo completo”, dijo Giovanna Ramírez de Arellano, presidenta de Liberty Foundation. “Junto con nosotros en esta misión, destacamos el generoso y constante apoyo de numerosas compañías comprometidas con el desarrollo socioeconómico de Puerto Rico y las Islas Vírgenes Estadounidenses, especialmente Liberty y Liberty Latin America”.
El informe también revela que Liberty brindó $5.5 millones en valor en especie a las organizaciones sin fines de lucro para anuncios de servicio público que destacaron sus campañas educativas y de recaudación de fondos en el 2025.
Además, 148 empleados de Liberty que formaron parte del programa de voluntarios de Liberty Foundation participaron en 38 actividades en 23 organizaciones sin fines de lucro en Puerto Rico y las USVI en el 2025. Las 1,254 horas de voluntariado que contribuyeron generaron un equivalente en dólares de $22,572.
Las aportaciones del 2025 elevaron la inversión social total de Liberty Foundation y Liberty a $8.3 millones en donativos en Puerto Rico y las USVI desde 1996.

Liberty Foundation drives positive changes in Puerto Rico by awarding $608,690 in donations, grants and sponsorships in 2025
The foundation teamed with Liberty to support 93 nonprofit organizations.
San Juan, Puerto Rico, March 19, 2026 – Liberty Foundation and Liberty helped drive positive changes in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI) in 2025 by awarding $608,690 in donations, grants and sponsorships to 93 nonprofit organizations in 2025 in both Caribbean territories. Those numbers, along with testimonials from the beneficiaries, were presented in the foundation’s 2025 Impact Report which was released today.
“At the Liberty Foundation, we join forces with nonprofit organizations so that children, youth, and adults can continue receiving the essential services they need throughout the year to achieve their full development,” said Giovanna Ramírez de Arellano, president of Liberty Foundation.“Alongside us in this mission, we highlight the generous and ongoing support of numerous companies committed to the socioeconomic development of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, especially Liberty and Liberty Latin America.”
The report also discloses that Liberty provided $5.5 million in in-kind value of free airtime to nonprofits organizations for public service announcements that highlighted their educational and fundraising campaigns in 2025.
In addition, 148 Liberty employees who were a part of Liberty Foundation’s volunteer program participated in 38 activities at 23 nonprofit organizations in Puerto Rico and the USVI during 2025. The 1,254 volunteer hours they contributed generated a dollar equivalent of $22,572.
The contributions for 2025 drove Liberty Foundation and Liberty’s overall social investment to $8.3 million in donations in Puerto Rico and the USVI since 1996.
